This S.P.M (Special Purpose Machines) is best suited for insert moulding of components of either plastic to plastic or metal to plastic with superior quality and higher productivity.

The Concept of the machine is that the bottom part of the machine remains stationery in the horizontal axis and the upper half of the mould moves up and down. Loading and unloading of the insert will be on the bottom fix half of the tool in horizontal axis to avoid tool damage.

Optimal efficency is acheive by using a shuttle table with two bottom halfs of the tool that enables loading of the insert and unloading of the finish product in one half of the tool while the other part is being moulded the other half.
